Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Mashat Amal account and associated personal data at any time.
Request account deletion
Not signed in or need help? Submit your account email and reason. Our team will process your request.
From the mobile app (recommended)
- Open Mashat Amal and sign in.
- Open the menu → Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Choose a reason, enter your password, and confirm.
From your profile (instant deletion)
Sign in, go to Profile, scroll to Delete Account, choose a reason, confirm your email and password, then submit.

- Your user account and login credentials
- Personal tasks, reminders, and comments you authored
- Workspace membership and role assignments
Team-wide records (e.g. tasks assigned by a manager) may remain for other members but will no longer identify you.
