Mashat Amal helps teams manage tasks, assets, and reminders within a workspace. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, and password (stored hashed).
- Workspace data: tasks, comments, asset assignments, reminders, timelines, and activity you create.
- Device tokens if you enable push notifications (optional).
- Account deletion reason when you request account removal (stored in anonymized logs for compliance).
How we use your data
We use your information to provide the service, authenticate you, sync data between web and mobile, enforce workspace roles, and improve Mashat Amal. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Sharing & storage
Your data is visible to other members of your workspace according to their role (owner, manager, or employee). We use secure hosting and industry-standard practices to protect data in transit and at rest.
Data retention
We retain your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, personal data is removed from our systems. Anonymized deletion logs may be kept for up to 30 days for compliance and abuse prevention.
Your rights
You can update your profile on the web, delete your account from the mobile app (Settings → Delete account) or from your web profile. Contact us if you need access, correction, or deletion assistance.
Children
Mashat Amal is intended for workplace use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated date.
